When the sun comes out in St Andrews everything goes haywire!
No one wants to work in their office - Katie and Christoph decamped to the Roundel backyard to 'study' among the bluebells. Katie swears she had on SPF 50 sunblock but I doubt it since she came back in looking a bit red around the edges.
Sam chose the bench in the shade but Jim decided to take full advantage of the sun. The duck decided to investigate the rather large intruder to her patch of grass.
Elsewhere on St Mary's Quad students were studiously preparing for their final exams - NOT!
The Cathedral was once again occupied by worshipers - unfortunately for the former monks these new novices were sun-worshipers and not the holy bent faithfuls they had been hoping for.
Then there was the line at Janette's Ice Cream. This shot actually captured a relatively short line but the enthusiasm is as palatable as the ice cream on offer inside.
Went out to The Scores (a path to along the cliffs) to read and was joined by hundreds of beach goers. Party!!!
After two glorious days I woke up to this... ah Scotland - you are fickle!
