In preparation for another snow and deep freeze weather report I put the delicious LL Bean flannel sheets on my bed the other night. hhhhmmmmmmmm. Today I woke up to the BBC Radio weather report that it would be "damp and rainy across Scotland but it will feel rather cold." huh?
Does 'rather cold' mean the snow and deep freeze is arriving or has arrived or that it is still waiting for it's grand entrance. And, mind you, there was no actual temperatures mentioned for 'across Scotland' so even if I knew how cold 'rather cold' was I still don't have a reference to compare it with. Aaahhhh the organized and exacting life in Scotland.
New mantra: "Roll with it baby, just roll with it."
