Lunch:

PBJ sandwich and diet coke with M&M's for dessert.

NOTE: The Peanut Butter is Whole Foods 365 brand (donated to the cause by Kathy Olson), the jelly is from Knott's Berry Farm (one of those little jars I got at the hotel in San Francisco last month), the M&M's are also US made in a Costco super-sized bag (all 3.5 lbs of them - sent at great expense to me by Denise Fuller). The diet coke was bottled in Uxbridge, UK but 'under the authority of the Coca-Cola company.' To counter the UK taint I've had it in the fridge for four hours so it is US approved ice cold!
