St. Giles Cathedral in the middle of The Royal Mile. The stained glass is amazing and there is a very cool tiny chapel off to one side that has heralds of the clans and a chair for the queen when she comes up to meet with them. 
They were EVERYWHERE!Tchotchke (typically pronounced "CHACH-kee") are small toys, gewgaws, knickknacks, baubles, trinkets, or kitsch. The term has a connotation of worthlessness or disposability, as well as tackiness!
Who cares what clan you are from - we've got a plaid for that too!
