Tchotchkies Unite!

From my trip to Edinburgh to visit with Liz before she went home for christmas! Sorry...

St. Giles Cathedral in the middle of The Royal Mile. The stained glass is amazing and there is a very cool tiny chapel off to one side that has heralds of the clans and a chair for the queen when she comes up to meet with them.

They were EVERYWHERE!

Tchotchke (typically pronounced "CHACH-kee") are small toys, gewgaws, knickknacks, baubles, trinkets, or kitsch. The term has a connotation of worthlessness or disposability, as well as tackiness!

Who cares what clan you are from - we've got a plaid for that too!
