Entrance to the famous Library and the Book of Kells. What you don't see are the sixteen different school groups (all in their tartan uniforms who were waiting to go in when I arrived).
OK, so the Book of Kells and the accompanying museum were fascinating but this!!!!! took my breath away. Now, this is MY kind of library! Sorry the picture isn't straight I took it when the guard faced the other way since it wasn't allowed. Luckily I had the flash off so I don't think he saw me or heard the shutter open and close!
