Also have to show you my salad. I was desperate for some fresh vegetables. Here a salad is four pieces of lettuce with meat and starch on top. So one morning I gave in, went to Tescos and bought all the ingredients for a California sized salad! This is the result:
DELISH!PS: Kudos to Mom for having the foresight to send me a big tupperware container full of cookies a while ago. It just about held the whole salad.
