It is official! After many days, weeks, months, dare we say YEARS of speculation... I have found the most perfect cream puff! Yes, I broke down and went to Fisher & Donaldson's bakery and bought a Chocolate Tower - large puff pastry stuffed (being the operative word) with real whipped cream and some kind of chocolate cream then coated or maybe drenched with a chocolate shell. The cream erupting out of the top also has a round chocolate coin on it just to be sure it doesn't get away!
I am floating on a cloud of heaven sent sugar, chocolate, deliciousness that has not been encountered before in my lifetime.
Oh, and Prince William and Kate Middleton are officially engaged. What started here in St. Andrews 8 or 9 years ago will end in London sometime in the Spring or Summer of 2011. But that's nothing compared to a chocolate tower!
